When you arrive for your appointment you will be taken directly to your private treatment room.

For Your Safety

WAIT - When you arrive, please wait in your car.

NOTIFY - Call the office to notify us that you have arrived.

ENTER - When your room is ready we will have you enter the facility.

CHECK - Your temperature will be checked at the door. If it is elevated we will reschedule your appointment.

Appointments are limited to the patient and a caregiver.

Children and pets are not allowed in the facility.

Our staff will be wearing masks when they are near you, we ask that you do the same. If you, or anyone you have been around, have recently been ill, please reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
